My stepfather (87) got his second vaccine on Tuesday. Sorry but I’m short in details as I don’t live near them and my mum is vague on details.
He fell Wednesday night while going to the toilet. He hurt his elbow and couldn’t get up off the floor. My mum found him some time later.
He thought he was going to die but I’m not sure why. He was admitted to hospital on Thursday and stayed there until the next Tuesday.
His legs aren’t working properly and he was on intravenous antibiotics for cellulitis to the same arm with the injury. He is home now but I don’t hold high hopes as he had a few issues before the jab.
I doubt it’s been reported to CARM.
