My parents (82 and 85) insisted on getting the vax in spite of mounting evidence of risk, having their second shot on 26 June and now having serious heart issues and deteriorating cognitive functioning. Dad has gone down hill quickly and doesn’t recognise the family anymore and we will have to put him into care this week, and mum is now experiencing memory loss and significant pain all over.
